Miriam Klein, LCSW
Care for the woman you are and the child you were.
I work with women who feel they are never enough, even when they are doing so much. Childhood wounds, the mother wound, and building self-worth are central to my practice.

Why this work matters
You deserve space to be more than the person who holds it all together.
Childhood experiences can influence how you ask for care, respond to criticism, or decide whether your needs matter. We can explore those connections without assuming every struggle has the same cause or asking you to have your story figured out.
I’m trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My approach also includes inner-child work and somatic awareness when appropriate. Together, we can build a relationship where your pace, questions, and boundaries matter.
How I approach childhood trauma

Meet Miriam Klein
Clinical experience, human warmth, and a belief in what can be on the other side.
I’m a wife and a mother of two boys. Outside the office, I enjoy the Florida sun, reading, and rollerblading, something I loved as a preteen and was delighted to rediscover.
My own experiences with hardship led me toward clinical social work. They helped me understand how painful seasons can shape us, and how meaningful it is to have someone hold hope beside you while you find your footing again.
Alongside childhood trauma and self-worth, I support women with anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. The work makes room for what you have been through and what matters to you today.
